We understand when it comes to your health and wellness you have many choices. Invision Health Wellness is devoted to enhancing your overall well-being through a variety of services that helps your body promote an adequate supply of nutrients, build your immune system and balance both your physical and mental health. To enjoy our services to the fullest we ask that you observe the following policies, in doing so, we can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety.

Cancellation Policy:

Because services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. Should you not cancel 24 hours in advance or if you fail to show for your scheduled appointment your credit card will be charged for 50% of your scheduled total services. Cancellations may be made by telephone, including afterhours to 561-800-4111

Payments:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX), cash, checks, and gift cards. Payment is due in full at the time of service. A credit card or gift cards will be required when scheduling to hold your reservation. Gift cards must be present at the time of service. Gratuities are at your discretion.

Arrival:

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a confidential history form, which will be reviewed by our team members prior to your services. Late arrivals may be subject to shortened service or cancellation.

Contraindications:

Please inform the clinical team of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries prior to treatment. If you are pregnant, have kidney and active liver disease, congestive heart failure or end stage renal disease you may not be eligible to receive IV infusion therapy .
